Sumter School District Policies: 

Tailgating or pre-game gatherings are not permitted.
Sumter School District has a very strict No Re-Entry Policy.
Sumter School District Clear Bag procedure will be enforced.
Gatherings on the field, court, and/or parking lot prior to or after the games are not permitted.
No Pets are allowed on site.
All sales are final. There will be NO refunds.

Event Policy: Athletic Participation Fee Policy To participate in school athletics, all student-athletes must meet the following requirements before they are eligible to practice or compete: Participation Fee: A $20.00 participation fee is required for each student-athlete. Payment must be received before participation is permitted. Sports Physical: Student-athletes must have a current, valid sports physical completed and uploaded to Arbiter Sports before they are eligible to participate. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian and student-athlete to ensure all required medical documentation is submitted and approved. No Refunds: All participation fees are non-refundable. Once the participation fee has been paid, no refunds will be issued regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal from the team, injury, dismissal, academic ineligibility, or any other reason that prevents participation. Failure to complete these requirements will result in the student-athlete being ineligible to participate in practices, competitions, or team activities until all requirements have been satisfied. - This event has a no refund policy.

In order for all athlete's to participate within their desired sport, they must pay their participation fee and must have completed their physical and have uploaded it to Arbiter Sports. 

There will be NO refunds on Athletic Participation Fees.

Pass Details:

**This pass will minimize the amount of processing fees paid by guests over the course of a season, as well as a discount on the games!**

Each pass will grant one entry scan into all Regular Season Home Volleyball or Football games at Alice Drive Middle School.

***Playoffs, tournaments, and invitationals do not apply***
